The first step in the puppy purchasing process is the application. Please fill out the application in detail and provide as much information as possible about your prior or current experience with dogs. Also, let us know if there is a particular breeding you are interested in. It is very important you tell us your plans for the puppy such as; how much time you have to spend with your dog and if you plan to crate train. Are you looking for a family companion or do you plan on participating in agility, herding, rally-o or competitive obedience? Are you interested in using your dog for therapy? This information helps us place with you a puppy who is best suited for your family’s lifestyle. Being responsible for your new puppy is a life long commitment and we want to make sure you are going to get a perfect fit! We also ask for references, one being your current veterinarian. We just want to verify that you have taken care of any prior or current pets you may have. We are only interested in your commitment to yearly check-ups, immunizations and any emergency care if needed. To secure a puppy from a specific litter, a $400.00 refundable deposit is required. Your place in the litter is determined by quality type (pet, breed or show) and on a first come, first serve basis. Should we not have a puppy from your desired litter that meets your requirements, you may opt for a place in another upcoming litter or we will refund your $400.00. However, if we do have a puppy that fulfills your requirements but you opt not to take said puppy you will forfeit your $400.00 deposit unless a prior arrangement has been made.
